SL Inspire Career Compass Speaker Training Session Successfully Conducted

As part of the preparations for the upcoming SL Inspire Provincial Career Compass sessions, the Speaker Training Session was successfully conducted on 13th May 2026 via Zoom. The session brought together organizing committee members, prospective speakers, and individuals passionate about career guidance, creating a valuable platform for learning and collaboration.

The training session was organized with the objective of equipping speakers with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively engage with students and deliver impactful career guidance during the Provincial Career Compass sessions. Conducted in Sinhala, the session focused on enhancing communication techniques, presentation skills, and the overall approach to inspiring young individuals as they explore their future career paths.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Rushdi Hadi, whose expertise and experience provided participants with valuable insights into the art of effective communication and mentorship.
