PM Workshop

The Project Management Experience Program is a hands-on workshop designed to equip participants with essential project management skills. Through practical case studies and real-world scenarios, attendees will explore tools and methodologies that enable effective planning, execution, and control of projects.

The program will be held on 10th January from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at IIT, with a workshop fee of 1000 LKR per person. All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Organized by IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka in collaboration with LETs Talk, this event is ideal for individuals seeking to strengthen their leadership, communication, and organizational skills to successfully manage projects from start to finish.
